Poster sessions & Industry exhibition
Several poster sessions are planned during the 3-days conference:
- During and after lunch on Day 1, 2 & 3
- During the Opening Reception on 9 October at 19:00
An industry exhibition will take place at the same time of the poster sessions in the reception hall of the conference auditorium

Gala dinner
Join a special night with your peers! The Gala dinner will take place on the 10th of October at 19:30 in the Halle des Poches à Fonte situated at the feet of one of the Blast Furnace, once part of Belval industrial site. The venue is located near from the conference’s auditorium (5 min. by foot )
Enjoy a delicious meal and live music in a cosy atmosphere!
Dress code: Semi-formal
Price: 70€ / person (not included in the 3-day conference pass)
