Abstract submission period: 1 March – 16 June 2024 – Second deadline: 7 July.
New deadline extended until 31 August! For posters only!!
Abstract submitted after 7 July will be accepted for posters and will not be considered for oral presentation.
Announcement selected abstracts for oral presentation : End of July- mid August

 

Procedure

  • Abstract must be submitted through the registration platform
  • Please upload in format .docx
  • File should not exceed 5MB
  • Please use the template provided
  • During submission, you can chose if applying for poster and/or oral presentation (not anymore, as of 8 July abstract can be submitted only for posters)
  • If you apply for oral presentation you may be selected for a short (12+3 min.) or flash (5+2 min.) talk. For flash talks, priority is given to young scientists
  • Scientists selected for a flash talk will benefit from a travel grant up to 1.000 €
  • The 3 best posters will receive a prize during the prize ceremony at the end of the conference
